What to do after a chemical pregnancy?

I had a chemical pregnancy at 5 weeks of pregnancy. I feel really sad because I have been ttc for 8 months. What should I do? When do period and ovulation come back? What should I take to avoid CP next time. I am almost 41.
    Does anemia cause CP?

Oh I'm so sorry to hear this.

The truth is, that age is the number one predictor of chemical pregnancy. There's nothing you can do or take to prevent them, it's simply chromosomal abnormalities with the egg or the sperm or how they combine that causes them.

Are you already on the alternate LE Diet??

In most cases of chemical pregnancy, you will still ovulate and get your period right on time. if your period has already been delayed then that may make your ovulation later.

Anemia can cause issues during pregnancy but it's generally later on when the baby is actually attached to your blood******. While anything is possible and we don't truly know that much, we do not think anemia causes chemicals, and that it's more down to age.
