So I was actually looking further on my “My Fitness Pal” app where I track my calories everyday and I never realized it showed how many grams of carbs/proteins/fats each food has! so I will track this over the next few days and I’ll let you know what my grams of each end up being each day so maybe you can help me more with my diet.

We find that a lot of women who have all or mostly boys have tendencies towards developing PCOS. PCOS sways strongly blue because it's a condition of both higher blood sugar and higher testosterone (both of which are believed to be more blue friendly). You can have tendencies towards PCOS without actually having the syndrome full blown. One of the main signs of PCO-tendencies is long and irregular cycles - and the more carbs/cals you eat, the worse the PCO-tendencies can get.

So if you've gone on a diet, cut cals, lost a bit of weight, and suddenly your cycles go from ovulation being late and irregular to 14 days, that may indicate your PCO-tendencies are getting a bit better in terms of blood sugar and testosterone. Instead of having long and irregular cycles, all of a sudden you're having 28ish day cycles with 14 day ovulation. that's encouraging because it may mean that any high testosterone/blood sugar is getting mitigated by diet.

When it comes to counting, you can look up serving sizes on packages and online and you'll quickly come to see how much protein/fat roughly (becuase you do not need to be exact) is in a set piece of chicken, or a cup of milk, or some cheese, that kind of thing. It sounds hard at first but you really will quickly get the hang of it and you'll be able to stop counting at that point.

Just be aware with the My Fitness Pal that they count the protein and fat in fruit and veg. We don't count those things. So you will need to up your limits to compensate for that.
