I hope this is a better spot for my questions,, Atomic. I have high testosterone; nogo dark chocolate? should i consider low carb bread instead of whole wheAt regular? And should i be drinking Crystal Lite? Lastly, is a keyto cake with Stevia/Erythritol ok for a birthday, or no?

I would avoid sweets totally.
I don't think "low carb" bread is necessary, just use whole grain bread.
I don't think aspartame works but you can have 2-3 servings a day if you'd like.
One cake with Stevia is fine. Ongoing, i'd not rely on Stevia products. Some people claim they sway blue. Now, I have my doubts abut that but you certainly don't NEED Stevia so it's fine to give that up just in case it helps your sway.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
