feeling sad
Hi Atomic,
I'm feeling a bit low, we tried 72 hour pattern last cycle but my period arrived earlier this week. Hubby has dropped soy, he has reduced alcohol(dont think he would be happy to completely drop it), I think he's starting to get a little fed up of swaying. We have both switched to decaf coffee.
I'm still holding steady with weight and the diet, I'm really not sure what else to do. would it be detrimental to my sway at this stage to try every 4 days+ 1? we have been ttc for 4 cycles now. Just started cycle 5. Is there anything else you can advise. ps I've got a bit lazy regarding exercise but I'm keeping a close eye that my weight doesn't go up.
Thank you

What is it that is irritating him the most about swaying?
Why in the world did you switch to decaf? That would make anyone cranky LOL. I would immediately go back to full caffeine coffee unless you have some reason for coming off it?
Just to be sure, you tried the every 4 days in the 72 hour pattern last month?!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

A couple of things, he wants to start eating red meat again he hasnt had any in 6 months- I've told him he can have it if he wants but I think he feels guilty because for myself I don't want to eat red meat yet- I'm eating mainly white meat and fish. Attempts- I've tried explaining to him that what we did before is quite blue friendly(every other day). He gets a little flustered at having attempts every 4 days rather than just 'whenever the mood takes him'.
Decaf- I thought maybe caffeine could be making it hard for us to conceive? Yes we did the 72 hour pattern last cycle, 96 hour pattern 3 cycles before that.

I think we will give 72 hour pattern another try this cycle. I know I shouldn't it's still early days for ttc, but I think we are starting to feel a little impatient that its taking a while to conceive after falling pregnant so quickly with our last baby.

Yes, please let him eat red meat. Men's diets haven't even made much of a difference really so he has no need to feel guilty.
Ok. If you feel like continuing the 72 hour pattern another month that's fine with me!
Caffeine is not making it hard for you to conceive. Let your husband at the least have caffeine, he will be a lot happier!!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I hope it's OK to post this question here atomic. (I didn't think it really needed a new thread.) For swaying girl with the one-attempt method, do you think there is additional benefit in using a...
