2 miscarriages in a row, next steps?

I haven't been back to update in ages, I've been totally swamped the past couple of months with being in lockdown with the kids and... being super sick with first trimester symptoms!!
We conceived that cycle, only 3 weeks after the previous loss which was quite a surprise, and unlike my two short-lived pregnancies last year, this time I've had morning sickness and exhaustion off the bat. Which was quite reassuring at first but I'm a bit over it now.
I'm a bit nervous about my sway since I was very much off the LE diet and gained 2 kg while I was pregnant right before this one, and the fact that we're apparently fertile enough to conceive 3 attempts in a row!
I'll post my sway soon! And only a few more weeks until NIPT
