    This is why the LE Diet is better. Vegetarians can still be taking in a lot of nutrients, eating fortified foods, etc. You can't look at one thing in isolation the way you're thinking of it.

    But if you cannot do LE Diet, then I recommend vegetarian with no tracking.

    If you can't do vegetarian and can't do diet, I think you should drop diet totally.

    I think you will be better off just eating your normal diet if you have aspergers and eating disorder.

    In curry and bolognese you could have things like legumes, or grains (pasta and rice do both have protein in them). The sugar in yogurt is ok. Cheese is ok.

    You can have chicken on the LE Diet and on the PCOS-type diet alike. The "vegetarian" thing is a recommendation for people who won't do the diet. If you can't do that, then please just eat your normal diet.
