    Folinic acid is calcium folinate. Is this safe for a girl sway.

    Is it girl friendly? Just read calcium should not be taken much for sway. I bought folinic acid as I am low on folate and I read folinic acid may be good for anxiety which I suffer from a lot. I was taking methyfolate previously.

    methyfolate is better, why are you switching?

    the calcium in the folic acid supplement is not "calcium" the way you're thinking of it. But it is better for pregnancy to take the methylfolate, and it serves the same purpose as folic acid does anyway. There's no need to switch from methylfolate to folic acid.

    It is. it folic acid..it is folinic acid..easier for people to take than synthetic folic acid. Methylfolate is fine for some but made me more anxious. Screenshot_20210109-144755_Gallery.jpg
