    Wholegrain bread

    Hi all breads I see are fortified So will it sway boy? Only bread I know that is not fortified is sourdough

    Bread is not the kind of fortification we worry about. We're talking about cereal, power bars, meal replacer shakes, like the stuff that has high doses of lots of different nutrients in it. Some things are just not able to be eliminated.
