LE PCOS DIET - DRINK SUGGESTIONS??

I'd love to hear what you ladies are drinking on this diet? I am over drinking water!

Already consuming on diet: coffee, low alcohol wine and water. I cannot stomach coconut water.

Back when I was swaying and doing LE diet, I loved flavored sparkling water like La Croix. The fizziness helps fill you up between meals and feels like you're drinking soda without actually having any sugar or calories.

I had some diet pop from time to time and Crystal Light. Not that much though

I had tons of seltzer water with my daughter. Tons of it all the time.

Thanks @atomic sagebrush could you please give some examples of brands? I'm from Aus and don't really know what seltzer water is.

Seltzer water is carbonated water without any added minerals/salts

yes! You can have flavoring in it, but it should be zero cal and without artificial sweeteners.
