    TTC in 6 months

Will probably start TTC in about 6 months-- would it be better to start my sway diet now (I'll be doing the LE pcos diet as I had a sway opposite) or to wait until I'm closer to ttc (like, start seriously swaying closer to 3 months out).

I've started drinking coffee now and I skip breakfast and skip snacking, but aside from that I haven't altered too much about my diet yet. I eat pretty close to vegetarian already, I super skimp on meat and eat lots of low carb veggies and fruits. So anyway, should I really jump in with both feet now? Or just stay at my 'dipping my toes in the water' for another month or two? I do have a history of hypothalamic amenorrhea, although my current weight is a bmi of 28 so I definitely have some pounds to spare. I just obviously dont want to lose too much too soon and then screw things up closer to my ttc date. But maybe losing and then maintaining is fine.....not sure. Thoughts?

I would be gently losing some weight in a healthy and safe way but hold off on the full LE Diet till closer. 12 weeks before you plan to start trying.
