Ubiquinol?
Does ubiquinol (200mg) sway pink? I've tried looking all over the site and am kind of getting a mixed idea, and a lot of the posts are older from 2015 so I'm not sure if there is new info out there, but what I gathered is that it can be recommended for both blue and pink swayers... in which case I'm not totally sure if it can help a sway? or if it's just neutral.

My understanding is that it primarily just assists egg health. My doctor recommended it to me due to age as it can improve cell division. It also has the effect of lowering blood sugar a bit and also blood pressure. I think Atomic said it didn’t sway in and of itself.

Thanks bunny!
As an aside, it looks like you've had some successful sways! Could you share your sways/ what worked for you?

It's neutral. We have people use it with their sways if they're concerned with egg quality.

Primarily just following the LE diet. I didn’t try to do anything extra with respect to timing or anything like that.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
