pregnitude
Hi atomic! I was wondering if I should take pregnitude or some sort of myoisitonol as I’m on the PCOS diet for having some tendencies (not diagnosed with it though). Currently on fibre aswell as my husband is and also ole. I have never taken any sort of vitamins in my life and have always been low on iron and vitamin d but I do know vitamins are more for boy swayers so I won’t be taking any vitamin d or iron before I fall pregnant to boost odds of having a girl 😊 will try get clomid or femara but doubt the doctor will give it. So yeah just seen a lot of people sways recently and have had myoisitonol, dont know how successful it has been in the last few years tho 😊

My bmi is currently 20.7, I’m still loosing weight though from the pregnancy especially on the diet even though I’m in max limits (around 55g fat and protein a day and 1600-1700 cals). Before I fell pregnant on PCOS diet I ended up on 19.6 and stayed that place for consecutive weeks so I’m assuming I’ll be the same in a few weeks
