    How much is too much..

Rice! I eat brown rice with lots of green vegetables (not for swaying I just prefer green veggies I find them more yummy) everyday for dinner. It’s not something I dread, I enjoy eating it but I’m just worried I’m eating too much rice?? It’s about 2.5 cups of rice and veggies mix together. It makes me full and it’s in my total limits for the day. So in my head it seems okay to eat but maybe too much carbs in the long term if I’m eating it EVERYDAY! I’m thinking about having maybe a stuffed potato or something every other day maybe to break up the rice binge 😂

Also atomic, how much folic acid should I have? 1000mcg? Or less. I found a bottle at the chemist that is 500mcg per day of folate

Within the cal limit, if you are eating the amount of protein and fat you're supposed to be eating, you can have as much rice as you want.

A potato would still have carbs in it! So it would be an across the boards trade, without improving anythign (but you can have the potato instead if you want)'

There are a very few people who do need to watch the amount of carbs they're getting beyond the limits of the diet but most people just use cals, pro, and fat.

If you're in the limits this is fine for the vast majority of people. The handful of peopel it's not ok for usually will know, because they don't lose weight, or gain it.

I recommend 1200-1600 so if you got the 500 I'd take it morning, noon, night for total of 1500.
