Getting pregnant after a chemical pregnancy

    Hello Atomic
I had a chemical pregnancy couple of months ago. Now if I get pregnant, what should I do? What should I take? Doctors here prescribe Duphaston. I know that I cannot prevent miscarriage but I really want to do my best.
Is there any food that I should avoid? Coffee, cinnamon...
I go to the gym. Should I stop right after I get bfp?
I also walk 10000 steps a day. Is it ok to keep walking this distance?
I am sorry I ask a lot but when you have a miscarriage history, you get frustrated. I had 1 miscarriage, 1 chemical and 1 ectopic so that makes me think too much.

As long as you do the Duphaston as directed I completely understand why people want to take it. Even though I don't think it does anything it doesn't hurt anything, as long as you follow the directions.

You need to wean off cinnamon at BFP if you were using it.

Reduce coffee to 1 cup a day.

You can still exercise after BFP. That is a misconception. As hard as people used to have to work in their lives (even just a few generations ago) if exercise made people unable to conceive, the whole human race would have died out long ago.

I would take a woman's multivitamin or prenatal that has about 100% recommended value of the required nutrients, up to 1000 IU Vit. D if you live in the North, and a DHA supplement of no more than 150 mg. Then continue the extra folic acid or folate all thru the entire first tri and then gradually wean off of it by spacing doses further and further out till down to one per week, then you can drop them.
