Milk alternatives
Does anyone know if plant based milks sway either way?

Hello mum of 4 boys, plant based milks are supposed to sway pink.

Yep! While some blue swayers use them because they have it so drummed into their heads that "calcium = pink" the truth is we had tons of blue sway opposites on the milk replacers. Since they are loaded with vegetable oil, and vegetable oil has appeared to sway pink in some studies, we no longer recommend doing this for blue.
So they are used by pink swayers too now. Do be aware though that they are highly fortified and should be had only within the limits of your diet too!
And it's probably best for everyone to avoid soy milk.

Oh interesting!! So oat milk in my coffee would be fine for a pink sway then? I can’t have dairy because my breastfed toddler is intolerant.
