    That's about a half a cup of milk. While it's not terrible I would try to cut down to more like 1/4 cup or even less in your coffee.

    Thanks! I changed it to a cappuccino, measured 50ml milk now I feel hungry faster with this coffee, but that's probably because of the smaller amount of milk?

    I would assume so - fewer cals, lower protein, burns off faster!
