Any name brand you recognize and trust and can get easily is fine, as long as it's not fortified with additional vitamins.
I don't recommend brands. There are too many all around the world and they're changing formulas constantly; it would be a full time job keeping up to speed on them. Just find things in the guidelines and I'm always available to approve them for you.

I can no longer find Metamucil capsule anywhere. It seems to be very tricky to find ingredients listed in the same way. I was wondering about this one as a possible alternative .... ? Thank you very much Screenshot_20220117-170038_Gallery (1).jpg

It's ok, but has less control over dosing than the other one. Even just one pill is a fairly high amount, which you may not need. We don't need the very high doses for swaying purposes.
You've been at this for a while now, have you been on the fiber all this time? Is your cycle staying regular?? Do we need to adjust anything?

Ah thank you very much, Would this one work better would you say? (New picture attached).
Thank you for asking ... I have been on and off fiber. My cycle is great and I fall pregnant easily, however, my problem is that very sadly I keep on having miscarriages. I am1Screenshot_20220117-183904_Gallery.jpg having monitoring for this.

Would you say this one would be suitable/better?

Do they have any inkling as to why that is happening??
I would leave the fiber out. If you're having trouble producing hormones at the right point in time it's best to skip fiber and let your body have more raw materials to make hormones with.
Yes, it looks like that second fiber is better because you could take just one pill and get a lower dose.

I have had most tests and we cant find any cause. I am older (just turned 40), however this has happened over several years. (I do have 2 children born 2019 and 2020). I am currently taking part in a trial for research with the specialist baby research charity here.
May I ask why you think that I am not producing the right hormones - is this a possible cause of miscarriage? I have no problems conceiving.
With the fiber I was taking before (Metamucil) it said to take around 5 capsules a day on it. It currently seems impossible to get hold of however it does not seem to have an amount of mg stated on it like these 2 for comparison purposes, but you think one of per day from the 2nd bottle would be ok?
It’s been awhile but I keep meaning to come back and say we swayed girl in 2022 and had a little girl in early 2023! First girl born in 110+ years on my husband’s side.[emoji179]
