Ideas for bread/wrap options on PCOS diet

    Hi everyone,

I have been following the PCOS LE diet as I have hashimotos thyroid and I have been struggling to find an acceptable bread/wrap. Atomic has been super helpful and I know I need to look for whole grains but I’m having a hard time finding an acceptable one. I will say I occasionally eat a white flour wrap but not frequent. I did find wraps that were really good they are the angelic bake house 7- sprouted whole grain wraps. Are these ok? I know there is no magic food but just trying to follow as best I can.

The ingredients for the wraps are Red Wheat Berries Quinoa Millet Oat Groats Barley Rye Berries Amaranth Water Whole Wheat Flour Wheat Gluten Agave Syrup Sunflower Oil Oat Fiber Cultured Wheat Salt Natural Flavor Molasses Yeast.

On occasion white flour stuff (especially something small like a wrap) is fine.

    Yes, those are ok.
