Huge meals in fertile window

Hi Atomic,
My previous pregnancy ended in an early miscarriage so I'm back at swaying again!
The diet and exercise have been going well. But at the day of positive OPK I was invited at my boss to have a (huge, fatty) dinner with lots of wine. The day afterwards I was so hungover I really let myself go again. What a terrible timing... We did have one attempt at positive OPK.
Do you think this will mess up my pink sway? I feel so bad about it.

Oh I'm so sorry to hear of your loss.

If one day made any difference whatsoever, I would have you guys only do diet for one day. We have in our results a very clear demarkation between those who did diet for 2-4 weeks (barely better than 50-50, even with other sway tactics), those who did 6-12 weeks (better results, but not optimal) and those who did 12+ weeks (great results). Given all this, there is simply no earthly way a day or two off diet can matter. It makes no difference that it was around O, the egg is already fully developed, your hormones are already in place, and eating different for a day just doesn't change anything!
