Is swimming an okay exercise tactic for swaying? 60 mins of freestyle (not breast stroke)?

I think it's great exercise. That having been said, the "old school" sway gurus advise against swimming because they worry it will alter pH. Personally I think pH makes no biological sense and has very clearly not worked for us (both in stats and anecdotally, with people testing their pH and getting different results than what their pH predicts) but if you are concerned about it, you may want to use RepHresh or a similar jelly before and after swimming.
