Huge congrats on your new baby boy!!!

How much fish oil and DHA are you taking?? Any other strong blood thinners (even something that seems minor like eating a lot of walnuts??)

Omg! I was taking DHA and also cod liver oil for a while. Then I just couldn’t swallow so many pills and would take one or the other. I was also every now and then eating yogurt with walnuts. I did stop taking the cod liver when I myself realized by google search that I may be taking more vitamin A than recommended. I had told my doctors all the medications I was taking and didn’t say a word. I have not been taking as religiously my prenatals but I do take them probably, being realistic like 3 times per week. I’ve been feeling guilty about that too. Even tho in my previous pregnancy I felt the urge to take a lot of vitamins because my family was always telling me how I was harming the baby by being vegan, but since I started breastfeeding I craved red meat like crazy and that’s why I started to eat it again.
