Hi Atomic im back!!!
Hi, Atomic im back again, (not sure if you remember me) i was trying to sway back in 2017 and had boy #5. After that i had baby #6 a girl!!! My baby girl just turned 2 yrs old, and i had another boy after her thats 1 now. Im back swaying pink again and would like to know if this vitamin C is okay to take daily. Im not using it to sway but for immunity because of Covid. We had covid back in July and my husband works at the hospital so i like to take these for immune health. Im still doing LE Diet with no breakfast, no snacking, 2 meals a day max, coffee, alcohol, diet pepsi, crystal light, and water. I also take Coq10 for egg health, im 37. Is this vitamin C okay? Oh gosh, nice to hear from you! Congrats on your new additions!
I don't recommend Vitamin C for people who are swaying pink as a general rule, but it's not among the worst of the worst supps. I will sometimes let people take 500 mg Vit. C if they insist on having something "for pH" (even tho pH doesn't work). The real concern with those is taht the dose is too high. 1000 mg Vit C can be used to induce very early miscarriages in people who don't want to be pregnant and so I would not ever take more than 500 preconception.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
