When to stop weightlifting
Hi atomic and mama's,
Im currently making adjustments towards the LE pcos standards and was wondering the following:
When should I stop lifting weights?
I started crossfit with a friend and want to TTC summer 2022.

As long as you've been losing weight on a lower protein diet you can probably get by with continuing, but if you feel you should give it up, six weeks before.
