What is considered a Jump & Dump?
Is doing a Jump & Dump considered after the 5mins or is it straight after sex?

Some people do "immediate J and D" which is, of course, immediate, LOL. Others do it after 5 minutes. I generally recommend after 5 minutes because it is better odds of conception but either way is acceptable if you're ok with somewhat lower chances of conception.

Thanks very much. I was interested when I saw j&d on the stats and thought I'd ask the question.

Don't read too much into the stats for all the reasons I go into here: https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gen...hts-stats.html
That having been said, yes, the J and D did seem to ~possibly~ be adding a little something. BUT keep in mind that most of the people who did J and D (especially back in the early days of the site, before we knew that one attempt was a thing) were doing one attempt and the J and D was a PART of that. It may be that J and D itself really doesn't add anything, that the slightly improved stats from J and D is simply leftover from the early days when people who did one attempt were having the most success. We just can't know for sure without a study dedicated ONLY to J and D.
For now, it's fine to start off with a J and D but do start gradually extending that amount of time if you don't get pregnant in a reasonable time frame.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
