Chia Seeds - yes or no on LE PCoS?

I have a delayed breakfast because I am a hungry human and I have early dinners with my son. Normally I have yogurt & fruit but I’m getting a bit bored and would like to mix it up occasionally.

Are chia seeds too nutritious for the LE diet or would they be a good option?

It's not that they're too nutritious, it's that they may have hormonal qualities to them and we aren't sure how they sway. A couple times a week may be ok, but I'd not do them daily because they have the phytoestrogens and some people believe those sway blue in large amounts.
