Hi I have 3 boys a girl and another boy. I want to try and sway girl. Im 32 and oh is 40. Is FR still ok? Also I remember fibre supplements being recommend. Is that still the case? Any top tips? This will be my last baby

Yes, FR is still ok for a 40 year old, it's abstain that you can't do over 35. If you guys have trouble conceiving with FR then we may need to change it, but most people want to start off doing it and then we can always drop FR while keeping one attempt a little longer.

Yes, fiber supps are recommended.

Do you have any history of PCOS or more than 30 lbs to spare?

Hi no no PCOS or 30lbs. I am actively losing some weight but not that much x

Ok! Then I would just stick with fiber plus folic acid or folate in that case.
