Vitex tightened up my O date making it a very predictable CD13 or 14. I used to have a 3 or 4 day range in my O date.

I took Vitex the first 2 months non-stop. I did not notice a change until cycle 3 when my O was delayed over a week. I stopped the vitex and about 24 hours later, my OPK turned + and I O'd 24 hours after that. This month, I took it until CD 10 and I O'd late on CD11. (my pre-vitex O was on cd 12 or 13)

Hi Atomic, Sorry to bother you again...have a ? I started vitex 4 days ago and have noticed (for the past 2 days) that every time I check my cm, there is either a bright red or pink tinge to it. My ph on day 8 (on day 8 today) is usually 4.5, now its 5.8 (never usually this high). I am on NO supplements...stopped all those! I have been on the LED for about 2 weeks now...I cut out ALL the dairy. If the vitex is causing this spotting (I NEVER spot), is it dangerous? I am not Oing right now and am definetly not pregnant. And, why is my ph so much higher now? Any suggestions??? THANKS!!!
Okay day 3 of blood in cm...I can't even check my ph???

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
