Yes as long as it's a well known brand that you trust and not one of the sketchy ones.
Yes start as soon as you're sure you're not pregnant and take it daily during the FP, then every other day during the LP, and if you get BFP gradually wean off by spacing doses further and further out till down to one per week, yadda yadda
If you don't get BFP keep taking it EOD till it's CD 1 again then go back to daily.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

It ~may~ be anovulatory so far but yes I'm suspicious that this big dip indicates O is nigh.
But it could also be that the low temp was just a one-off and you've ovulated already.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

For some reason, Google (and in fact a lot of sources) like to equate pretty much every physical symptom as menopause, LOL. The thing is, even if it is perimenopause, you can still get pregnant. People stay in perimenopause for years, even as long as a decade or more. So try not to get too bummed - it ain't over till it's over.

2 weeks before. Keep in mind that many people think they actually sway blue and WANT to be on them for their sway. OPK are fallible. We use them because it's the best technology we have, but...
