Some days I have my moments, LOL.

We've had quite a few people take Clomid after it was expired. Obviously not ideal but people do it.

I would try the myo before the Clomid (although for all we know, the d-mannose was screwing things up!

Well I hope it is such an easy fix but doubtful haha. So if I try and stick with the atomic fertility diet I don't want to stop ovulation anymore as I'm not ovulating right now so how much fat do you think I should consume on this? I was also reading to stay away from soy and if I remember a little while back I was eating some soy products trying to cut out meat and I was using plant-based soy foods that I wonder if that mess anything up too?

50-60 g protein and fat, not counting the protein and fat in fruit and veg.

Soy 2-3 tiems a week is ~usually~ ok for fertility but yes since we're wanting to optimize your chances, I'd probably skip it totally. That hving been said, "real" soy like edamame and tofu are much more fertility friendly than the highly processed stuff like soy protein in veggie burgers.

    This was todays first meal
salmon 2 or 3 oz. Im not measuring. Sweet potato with butter, because didnt have baked but will get some. Lettuce tomato and cucumber with balsamic dressing . I use ranch too. nithung low-fat. zucchini and sauteed mushroom.
    does this seem decent?
I will also have yogurt with apple
then a dinner of rice or potato.and chicken and veggies.
2 to 4 eggs a week as well.
