I’ve been eating eggs a few days a week for egg quality.... with my loss baby girl I wasn’t eating any.
Do you think I should cut them out? Or are they as great for egg quality as I’ve been reading? Keep in mind I’m 44
Also, does popcorn (with real butter) sway? It’s my main snacking weakness and sometimes replaces a meal lol.
Also... is it true that pregnancy is more likely after a loss? I’ve never gotten pregnant after any of my 5 miscarriages, so wondering if that was a myth?
Thanks for your time
I'm fine with you guys having eggs 4-6 days per week with a pink sway, or even more if you're no longer worried about a sway. I eat scads of eggs and have gotten pregnant even at AMA while eating them.
Popcorn with butter is fine, foods don't really sway on their own like that. Fine for pink or blue.
Some people say that, but it's not ever been proven for sure. I am inclined to think it may be a myth because people are just more motivated after a loss. But without more research we can't know for sure.
I had my 6 week check up today. I’m going in for more labs Thursday. This will be the bigger reoccurring loss panel. I’m having an US in a couple weeks just to make sure there’s no lining left as I’ve had spotting.
Also, I’m going to start a prescription tonight. This is just incase there’s any inflammation or infection. Should I take a probiotic with it? One at night? 2?
Thank you ❤️

Yes absolutely please take a probiotic with any antibiotic.
Follow the dose on the box of probiotic as there are a lot of different kinds and I can't give a blanket dosing guideline.
Thank you for your list of supplements, it might help for my case as well.
