I can't see a nub sorry. But in the 3D picture, the face is clearly shown, then down there, there is something underneath the leg, are those the balls? Or I'm seeing wrong? But if what I'm seeing are the balls....I think they're too big for a baby...sorry I'm not of much help

don't see a nub. maybe boy based on skull? but i suck at skull theory and it's not very accurate anyway.
