Ultrasound picture @ 13 weeks 3 days. Gender guesses? Nub theory?

Thanks for the responses! Any more guesses? I seem to think girl as well. I am not sure if that is a nub I see at the base of the spine or the beginning of the leg...what makes you all lean girl? head shape?
