This happened to me, too. My DS1 was a reported 96% girl at the 12 week NT scan, but then was all boy by the 20 week anatomy scan. Ultrasounds are the most accurate between 18-22 weeks. You can be confident this one is a boy. I am sorry if that's not what you wanted to hear. It really bothers me when ultrasound techs tell the parents that they are sure about the gender before 16 weeks, and especially at the NT scan. It's unfair and alters our expectations.
My Gender Dream came true, my family is complete!
