3girls tech says boy but I'm unsure

Hi! I have three daughters and I was very strongly hoping for a boy as this will be my last child. I paid a 3D ultrasound place to do a gender scan at 13 weeks. At the first appointment baby kept its legs closed the entire time. Second appointment was the same story. The tech said to wait in the waiting room while she got the next patient and she would check me again real quick but if baby wouldn't show she would have to reschedule me again. Me and my bf were very disheartened and the tech was clearly a little frustrated. Since we were doing a reveal she told us to close our eyes. She said she finally got a good angle and sent us on. I'm worried it was rushed and she didn't get a great look. She was super sweet and I'm really hoping it's a boy but I'm scared to get too excited. I feel like because it's so early it could just be a nub? I'm not sure, what do you think? I appreciate any input!

13 weeks is a little early for potty shots but it does look boyish to me. Congrats!
