    Could I have seen something?

Okay, so I never find out the gender. I always just guess. I was at the doctor the other day, and they did an ultrasound (background, my eldest daughter, was born with some health issues, so I have to go in for extra scans.) The machine is really not the greatest. They took a shot of the femur, just one leg, I thought I saw something. Now if it is a boy, it is a blessed boy lol, and since I have never found out, I have nothing to go off of. Does anyone have a gender shot of a boy in the 3rd trimester? It wasn't really a potty shot, could I still see gender?

I am obsessing now, of course but all in good fun. I have no real preference, so there will be no disappointment, just shock.

In the third trimester it's really hard to tell gender. So while it's possible you saw something, more likely it was cord or a hand or even squished labia (which are surprisingly big as they can get swollen sometimes.)

Huge congrats - and I hope your little girl's health is good!

It is really hard like atomic says and everything is really swollen that late. Hope all is well.

Okay. It was like this giant triangle, with almost a smaller triangle on top.

And thank you ladies. She is doing really well, they just do extra scans because her issue was completely unexplained.
