We can't tell you that. If your baby has been measuring on time up till now, the most likely explanation is that the tech made a mistake in the measurements or your baby just had a growth spurt or you have a nice healthy placenta helping them grow. There is just no way for anyone to know that now.

If you had your period and you know you weren't pregnant then there's no reason to suspect your baby will not arrive right when it's supposed to.

in early pregnancy the measurements are much much more reliable since they're going off of the development of organs and stuff. Later in pregnancy there is just so much deviation based on genetics and whether or not the placenta is working as well as it should (one of the main reasons for thinking babies are "younger" than they are is a wonky placenta) Since your baby is on the larger side it's probably just a bigger kiddo.

Eh, the techs aren't very likely to change their opinion once they've made up their minds.

^^ and if you're sure when you ovulated, then there is NO reason to change your due date based on one scan!

This is helpful. At 13w NT scan baby was measuring 3 days ahead. Maybe the tech made a mistake lol..

I am sure I ovulated somewhere between 18-22/4.. Is it ok to measure 2w ahead or tell my gynec to recommend another scan just to clear the confusion just in case if the tech has made a mistake... What's your opinion atomic..

Doctors do not like to put your baby through extra unnecessary scans (nor charge people/insurers for them) for no good reason. There is literally no reason to have another scan and I would not have another one. While we believe ultrasounds are safe, most doctors prefer to err on the side of having the minimum amount required to ensure baby/mama's health. A small variance in due dates is NOT a requirement for a healthy baby/mama. Your doc will have lots of clues about whether or not you're getting close to delivery and for all you know you may end up needing another scan later and can clarify.

Not to mention if your baby is just on the larger side for whatever reason, it wouldn't tell you anything anyway!

Oh yes this is so true - we have had gobs of IVF people who knew full and well the literal hour of their conception who ended up arguing with techs telling them they were further along or not as far as they were! I've seen that happen like a hundred times if not more.
