    Thank you atomic sagebrush for taking the time to have a look, yes it seems like confusing nub but I really not Expert on the nub theory I was wondering if the bit on top of the nub is part of it or not

    Any other pics you can add lyl I think i would be leaning pink off of this one, I think the shadow maybe just a shadowy ultrasound picture as its a bit grainy
