    Hi I'm on my third week on girl Le diet I'm currently on the exercise bike whilst typing on my phone!
    Yes we're having first attempt in Feb very exciting! Just keeping calories low taking supps and skipping breaky!

    Awesome go you gonna start next week with the diet , have been skipping breakfast. What supps are you taking ? I can't make up my mind , going to take vitex ( cause irregular cycles ) and folic, but not sure if I should take some other things . Is your DH taking anything ?
