    Thanks Atomic. I have an important question; which of the above supplements do I stop at ovulation if any, and which do I need to wean off of at BFP?

    Multivitamin, D3, probiotic can be continued all thru pregnancy

    Coq10 weaned off at BFP

    Extra folic acid take at that level thru the entire first tri, then wean off

    None of those are stopped at ovulation.

    So I average around 1300-1600 calories a day. Otherwise I gain weight like crazy. I gain so much weight during my pregnancies because I don’t hold back on food. I’ve worked hard to lose weight to where I am now, still overweight though with a BMI of 27.5. How many calories should I be eating during pregnancy to make sure the baby is getting enough but not go crazy like I always have before?
