It should have flipped up by now Rosie, are they concerned??? Is it interfering with bladder function??

There are some yoga positiions that are supposed to help but I think that's earlier on in pg, by 20 weeks it may have to do it on its own.

They didnt seem overly concerned...just caused issues doing the anatomy scan because they said baby is super super low and far back in my pelvis. I had to be tipped back on the table for the scan to get pics of the head. Haha! My bladder isnt too affected. Tons and tons of braxton hicks though.

Or maybe baby was low for other reasons?? They didnt exactly day why baby was stuck so low...just assumed it was my uterus position. ..because when i mentioned it at the scan the tech had an aha moment.

So my mom, my mom's sister and one of her daughters and I all have nearly identical bodies: tiny bones, long limbed, skinny but with pooches. I know my dad said my mom's cervix & entire girly bits look exactly my mom (he was an OBGYN and did my first paps) and the drs who inserted my IUDs said they'd never seen such a tilted cervix and it was a real PITA to get them inserted. My AF cramps are nearly always exclusively if not primarily in my low back, not in the front.

I will ask my aunt & cousin about their uteri. With our otherwise super slender bodies our bellies are SO obvious, thus why I hated mine so much. It always felt so freakishly out of place.

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

I am TERRIFIED of back labour! I feel sure I'll have tonnes and it will excruciatingly painful. I fortunately don't usually have tampon issues (though OB style ones that expand horizontally are uncomfortable at best), but I've always found doggy style difficult/painful, like the angle just feels wrong, the penis slips out too easily, and I'm always tensed for the pain of it hitting my cervix. I have to very careful about how I tilt my hips.

I answered via your PM you sent me, but I'll post here too.

I started doing Jillian Michaels body revolution in its entirety, then the full T25 including Gamma, then completed P90x3.

I have a retroverted uterus and always had a pooch no matter what weight or fitness level I was at. These seemed to work for me and will do once I'm through having children.

FX and GL to you! Let me know if I can help further.

    DS1🏼, DS2, DS3 Jan. '16 I'll sway for a DD for my DH!!
