    Eat Less Move More

    there is no easy way

    No fad diet

    You must eat heathly and exercise.

    No point going on a "diet" because when you loss you weight and you go back to "normal" you will put your weight back on.

    You need to change you lifestyle and your lifestyle habbits.

    Not saying it is easy but that is the only way.

    Not exactly eat less, but eat right and at least 30mins of exercise daily will do it. I wouldn't reccomend trying to lose while BF though. I have known friends who go on extreem diets after birth and lose their milk supply, its such a shame.

    Eating is in not prohibited neither after or before birth. But beside eating we must do some exercise to keep our self fit. This measure help to keep our baby health also fit. So during pregnancy we must do at least 30 mins of exercise daily along with a good diet. I too have tried this and i a mother of two child..
    The free doctors excuse are readily available at web and can be easily downloaded and used.
