Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I decided to go the vegitarian route. I did eat a small amount of meat an average of once a week though. I skipped breakfast every morning and only had a cup of coffee with fat free coffee matte. If I got hungry, if just drink a diet cherry Pepsi. No snacking and only eat 12-1500 calories per day. I lost 11 lbs. it was a huge change!

Comments regarding DH's diet-

I tried to limit his red meat intake the week of o. But he's big on lifting weights and protein shakes.

I started working out just before I became pregnant. Prolly only like 3 weeks before I conceived. 60 mins. 5-6 day per week

We did bd once every 4 days and also used opks for the first time. We had one attempt cd 10 and we were going to wait till cd 15 to attempt again but we got a positive opk on cd 14 so we went ahead and made out attempt at that time

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Being on the diet for 10-11 weeks. Being vegitarian for the most part. Having on attempt. Using antihistamines. Losing some weight. Workingout

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Only workingout for 3 weeks. Dh not changing his diet or taking his supplements when he should. Not losing much weight (not my lowest conception weight).
