Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Quite a big difference from my old diet. I still tried to eat more natural stuff instead of processed foods, but I started counting calories for the first time ever and ate a lot less than I used to.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

About 6 weeks, but I was also on it last year for several months and took a break Dec-Jan

No, I did not factor that into my sway

Any Diet Details?

I don't drink soda or coffee because if irritates my heart and I don't like it. I started skipping breakfast and eating two meals a day. I tried to stick to high carb vegetables and just carbs in general. Mostly cut out meat, completely cut out milk (for breastfeeding reasons) and most dairy.

Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

I just tried not to stress about it. I was breastfeeding DS2 which really limited my diet anyway. I also quit taking all vitamins.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

Don't know BMI. I'm 5'4" and weighed 120lbs, I lost forty pounds over a year after giving birth.

I took the couch potato route and really stuck with it. I even did fewer chores. haha.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Not much. I feel like this was a really lazy sway and I'll be shocked silly if I hear girl at birth.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

The laziness of it. I didn't stress over fat and protein but I probably should have. The fact that I got pregnant so quickly makes me think I probably didn't lower my fertility enough.

Things worth mentioning:

We're not finding out until birth so I have a long 34 week wait ahead of me.

It's not a lazy sway, it's a really good relaxed sway and not stressing over it all or counting and tracking everything can only help get that pink bundle!! Fingers crossed for you! 😊
