Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I was on Weight Watchers before I was on LE so I constantly felt like I was cheating on LE. I also really didn't lose weight on the diet. Although I did eat meat or protein on WW, it really was just occasionally and only with dinner.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

Month and a half on LE and like 5 months on Weight Watchers before that.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

He only lightened up on red meat and drank soy milk in the week or two leading to O.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

25 BMI - I had lost about 15 pounds though.

No exercise when I was swaying (but I only hardcore swayed for two months or so). I did halfheartedly run two 5ks though in early April.

I made him take a hot shower (on a hot day!) before we DTD. I didn't jump and dump because I really thought we had blown the attempt. DH felt pressure because I told him I was ovulating. after an hour or so, he finally helped himself until he was just about finished and stuck it back in. SUPER TMI and SUPER ROMANTIC!

Did you use any Old Wives Tales?

I put some cute baby headbands under my side of the bed. Also, my mom died two years ago and IDK if it is an old wives tale or just something I am holding onto for luck, but I think if she has anything to do with it, I have better chances of having a girl bc she wanted me to have one. Also, the day after we conceived was the two year anniversary of her death. I thought it was a great way to turn something so sad into a positive.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

We were using so many of the sway factors! LE, all the supplements, a bit of Rephresh (although it was probably done too far out to be that effective), DTD at +OPK, frequent release, etc.
I allowed myself all the bad habits that sway pink...drinking every afternoon, and smoking (I was an occasional smoker mostly when I drank, but really allowed myself to do that more). I quit everything right after O, of course.
I was also taking antidepressants (against the advice of Atomic bc I was also taking all the other stuff). This also sways pink. I am almost completely weaned off of that now (even though two doctors told me it is still safe to take. I'd rather not risk it).

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I didn't fast the day I got my Positive OPK and my diet kinda fell apart after that. I am also mad for not trying harder to include exercise bc that is doing so well for so many people. I didn't J&D and ended up getting pregnant, so maybe that is going to hurt our girlie chances.
