Girl sway and Elevit on 2ww

Hi
I'm pink swaying so Im on the LE diet, but I've started taking elevit preg multi during the 2ww. Is that OK or will it ruin it? I ran out of folate and haven't bought a new pack yet.

I would probably get some more folate and just take that. A few days won't hurt if you do take the elivit but it is better not to take a multivitamin with girl sway.

I agree with Purple. I stuck to only taking folic acid when swaying.

I wouldn't take prenatals in the 2ww for a couple reasons. Firstly because going off and on them IS NOT SAFE. Your body needs you to wean off supps gradually and if you're doing it right it should take about 3 weeks to do. Secondly because your body just stores up nutrients when you're taking the supps and you may as well take them all the time really.

What you can do instead if you're really nervous about it is take them 2 or 3 day a week instead.

Try not to run out of folate if it can possibly be avoided.
