Had some decent twinges from the ovary area..... feeling a little worried I'm going to o right on time and not get an attempt/s in oh well what will be will be as I keep telling myself lol

Sorry Pbn. I'm really hoping o is delayed for you!!

I'm going in for my blood work and ultrasound tomorrow morning! They called and scheduled it. They were basically going to do everything the same as last cycle. That made dh annoyed so he called them and explained that it's our last cycle so we really want to up our game. The nurse said she'd talk to my RE and see what he thinks. My other RE was going to start me at 125iu of gonal-f and my current RE was going to do 75iu again. I really want more than one egg!!!! Hopefully he'll go along with the 125iu!!

How frustrating momamia!!! Hope your RE comes to the party with what you want. You've been trying 2 years you'd think he'd go all out by now. Glad your dh got involved too, take some of the stress away from you, even a phone call helps

Pbn-I don't have tapatalk. I do have FF, but haven't been taking temps, so there's not a lot of info. I found my basal thermometer, so I'm going to start taking my temp tomorr AM! We moved in Jan so things are out of their usual places. Not sure how to add my chart to my signature, so working on that

Ash-I'm also doing E4D and once at pos OPK. My OPK test line is still pretty dark..hoping it fades then gets darker again. It was hard for me to grasp the concept of 1 attempt as well, but since there have been good pink results reported here, I'm going along with it in hopes of my DD!! We had a lot of attempts for both of my boys, so maybe 1 attempt along with diet etc will be the answer we're looking for!

I found this and it really seems to take the stress off me a bit on the whole timing issue so I'm just going to go with whatever happens as far as BDing goes and I've been sticking with the diet to a T for 4 weeks now only a couple cheat days! So far I've lost 4lbs so it's going as well as if can for the girl sway I say! FX for us all I'm so freaking excited we're getting so close to O and then the dreaded 2ww
