Jp15 fluids can really dilute a urine sample and affect your reading when testing. If this cycle is a bfn I'd strongly suggest using the clearblue dual hormone (purple) digis next cycle that use fmu.

Filzma that's out of my sway knowledge range sorry...
Blue swayers, what's the latest on probiotics? Or xxforhubby if you're reading can you advise if you know?

No worries, hopefully someone sheds light on this. I’d posted in the ttc boy section like you suggested and someone mentioned probiotics

Yes probiotics are recommended for a blue sway!!
I am taking just these basic cheap ones, but these need you to take three a day and I hate having to remember another three things to take so as soon as I’m done with this bottle I’m going to switch to one that only requires you to take one a day.
You can find probiotics in your refrigerated health section at the grocery store or order off amazon. I believe the better strains require refrigeration, but maybe Atomic will chime in.
This is what I have atm.

Thank you hun, I didn't realise you could get fmu opks. I will have a look.
Just to ask, I have started having a cup of coffee in the morning rather than tea, but am only having the one as I don't like it haha. Is this enough or am I really not helping very much?

IMO any little bit helps. Its the diet and one attempt that are the biggest factors for pink sway, the exercise has also shown excellant results if you can manage it as well. Everything else you do just adds to this I think Nothing on its own us magic though. I've always been a big coffee drinker (like 2-3 a morning when not pregnant) and have two boys plus I would've considered myself a moderate drinker (alcohol). I almost always had at least one drink a day, most times more. But my diet and exercise was strongly blue.
