You are taking WAY, WAY too much of some of these things. I strongly urge you to immediately wean off of them. Just because some nutrients are good, more is not better.
Coq10 - 400 mg max and I think because you've been taking so much it might be better if you dropped to 200
Zinc - 8-15 mg. That dose is poison for a woman in the long term. That high amount of zinc is meant to be used only for a short time as help getting over a cold.
Are you taking iron?? That high dose of zinc may have blocked your iron intake, I'd add in 18-30 mg daily
I don't recommend more than 200 mg magnesium for women
That is much more than the recommended daily amount of selenium. You cannot just find out what is the absolute highest dose that doesn't cause harm and then take that indefinitely, it builds up. I strongly strongly suggest weaning back to more like 100% (which is 50 mcg) or coming off it all together.
Vit E - you're also taking a massive dose of Vit. E and Vit. E has been linked to causing birth defects. Please no more than 100% daily recommended value (15mg)
Way too much B12 and your body stores B12 (it doesn't just get excreted fast like other B vitamins) I would take 1000 mcg only once a week or find a different supplement that had a much lower dose. 100% is only 2.5 mcg!!!
The only thing I can see you could possibly benefit from (in addition to starting iron) is increasing folate to 2000 mcg. Everything else needs to be reduced posthaste - but do be sure to wean, don't just drop stuff!
Wow! What a shock to hear that you think i'm taking massive doses! Most of the doses is normal recommendations in Sweden.
Except some of the supps, like Q10, but i've read some studies about Q10 and fertility.
This article is mention a study that investigate 600 mg of Q10 and fertility - https://blog.theralogix.com/coq10-fertility/ . This study says intake of up to 900 mg/day is safe for healthy adults - https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/art...9/#!po=67.6136 .
In Swedish forum you can read about women told to take up to 1000 mg before ivf.
I've read about too much zinc being toxic. I'm not taking more than recommendations. I will look over this one more time.
I'm taking iron now and then, not daily.
Selenium, 400 mcg not mg! Sorry! But i will wean off, also taking smaller doses of Vit E.
Because i'm a vegetarian i thought it would be a good idea to take one tab of 1000 mcg now and then (not exactly every day, i forget some times).
Magnesium, i'm taking a higher dose because i have a high pulse rate and magnesium has lower my pulse a little bit, i'm not having that much palpitations any longer (The Office of Dietary Supplements recommends a magnesium intake of 400 milligrams per day for adult men between the ages of 19 and 30 and 420 milligrams per day for adult men above the age of 30). Not taken for fertility directly.
-Ok, and the aspirin.. I hear you, and i think i will wean off..! Feels scary to not do what i did with DD and DH. But i see your point. I'm taking 60 mg/day. Should i wean off right away, even in 2WW? (4dpo tomorrow)
Thank you atomic, THANK YOU for your support

I understand there is a set of guidelines they put out there to prevent people from like literally killing themselves with supplements immediately upon taking them, but over the course of time many of these things build up in the body and it is just best to keep to the 100% daily recommendation for most things particularly when you've been taking them a long time. Your body is not meant to take your nutrients in pill form and I feel more comfortable with you guys taking reasonable amounts of these things. You don't have to wean off them all totally but taking a lower dose will give you the benefits without the risks.
The magnesium is honestly the least of our worries here if you'd like to continue with that as long as it's not giving you diarrhea.
I would start weaning off the aspirin now, don't be drastic, just go to every other day.

So you think i should stop with aspirin completely after just go every other day a little while?
(Now i remember that i didn't take aspirin with my two first miscarriages).

I'm not seeing it here in the picture but that's just my laptop I'm sure.
I suggest coming off aspirin for anyone who has not been shown to have clotting disorders. Even if you just chose to go to every other day, or 3x a week instead, if the issue is that your blood is just too thin, it may help.

The blue tests definitely seem to be darkening up to me and even the other tests are getting darker.
I would remain optimistic with tests like that.
Hello, Atomic hopefully you will see this! It has definitely been a while. I am not TTC, my cycles have been MIA for over a year, I'm quite certain. I have not been charting but haven't had it....
Not sure where to ask not TTC
