Baking soda finger? 5 mins before BD

Egg whites? 5 mins before BD

Dietary Changes? Avoided dairy, started actually adding normal amounts of salt to food. (I really, really don't like salt and have my food almost never salted when home made). No change to OH diet.

Drinks? One lemon slice squeezed into a jug of water a day. Does that count as lemon water?

Nothing else. None for OH.

Thank you all so much for the congrat's and the nub guesses! This site has been so informative. Couldn't have done it without it. If all goes well, I will not get any more scans, so I hope the scan was accurate!
