Haha, we do things a bit differently here - my advice does not always mesh with that given on IG because it is based on a different set of science than the IG stuff is. pH (esp. via diet) is the part of swaying with the least amount of science backing it up, even Dr. Shettles dropped pH from his book.
Peanuts are a good food for blue because they're high in protein, have a lot of nutrients in them, and contain healthy fats. They are also protein and carbs mixed together which is great for your blood sugar when swaying blue.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
